How can I receive an invoice for my purchase?
You’ll receive your invoice by e-mail once your transaction has been completed and confirmed. If you require another copy don’t hesitate to send us an e-mail.
What should I do with the serial number I receive?
When you have made the purchase you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail including your serial number and information about how to install the program.
To activate your retail license of VF:
- From the main screen click on VF Manager button.
- In the VF Manager module click on the Register button.
- In the Register window click on Activate Product.
- Enter your serial number, login and password exactly as they appear in the email.
- Click the Activate button.
When all the steps have been completed correctly a message stating: “Your retail copy of VF Works has been registered successfully.” will appear.
If you receive an error, please check the following:
- That you are connected to the Internet during the activation process.
- That you have entered the correct serial number, login and password (please note that they are case sensitive).
- That your firewall isn’t blocking the connection to our server to verify the VF license. In this case, you should configure your firewall to let VF make incoming and outgoing connections. You may need to refer to your firewall manufacturer’s product documentation.
How to ensure reception of emails from Virtual Fashion
In some cases web mail providers may incorrectly identify emails originating from Virtual Fashion as spam. We periodically contact our customers with special offers, information and product news. To assure proper reception of VF communication you should add Virtual Fashion to your trusted list.
Hotmail Users:
1. Log into your Hotmail account.
2. Click on “Options” in the upper right corner (next to “Help”).
3. Click on “Mail” (in the left menu) and select the option “Junk e-mail protection”.
4. Then click on the “Safe List” option.
5. Write virtual-fashion.com in the text box and click on “Add”.
Yahoo, Wanadoo and Terra Users:
1. Log into your Yahoo, Wanadoo or Terra account.
2. Select the Spam folder.
3. Open an e-mail you’ve received from virtual-fashion.com. You’ll see then that in the upper part of the screen there’s a button “No Spam” or “Safe List”.
4. Click on “No Spam” or “Safe List” button and indicate that you want to move it to your inbox.
Costs and shipping times
Any products ordered for physical delivery are sent via the Spanish Postal Service (Correos). You’ll receive a CD including the program installer and a printed version of the program manual.

Virtual Fashion offers a free time-restricted demo version of all of our products. The demo not only serves for you to test the product but helps you determine if the software will function correctly with your hardware.
